Puf, i deleted install.php, but still equal. and the settings are good. It can be my debian 7? Or apache2

Try to run repair_settings. It should fix any wrong paths you might have.

What is repair_settings.php?



Oh, and you should remove install.php as suggested

looks like you set the wrong directories, paths or URLs for your themes (and probably other things.)
