I wanted to edit my previous post to include this important information but couldn't: When I look in the attachment folder, I can see a bunch of files with the extension png.tmp - so I assume that it CAN write to the folder but something else is messin...

Are you running this on a Windows PC from home? I ask as the locations you have given are a PC's drive rather than a website location.



It could be that your Windows security is kicking in for non admin users to add files to your PC.
