Tried to reproduce the same errors that you got in IE console but it turns out clean. Made some changes to the paths, but still not sure if it's proper?

Also disabled pretty urls with the same result.

It's actually a black page here



I see some errors in IE console (unexpected tags) and, looking at the page source, there are some wrong script paths

It's version 11 but other users complain about the same issue with earlier versions.
