here is the file, but I sure don't know what is its problem...I even went to the server and changed it from Americas/Mexico_City to Chicago



it mentioned the modsettings in one file but I sure can't find any modsettings file...LOL

not sure if the file will do you any good, it just repeats it over and over through the whole thing.
