Anything in your SMF mail queue? Does your host server your email? if so, do they have a queue or cache you could ask them to clear?



It could be the member has set up a bad redirect on their old e-mail, so that it gets there and is redirected to the ba...

The only place that an email is stored is in the member's record/table...

Well, if I check the profile/account settings of that member, I can clearly see that his email adress is different from the one bouncing back.

If I check in the "members" database, the email for that user is the one I see in his profile.

Thanks, but it's been more than 2 weeks!

Originaly, I thought it was a problem on our server beeing sometimes flagged temporarely as spam by webhost, then I realised it was only one user.

it may continue bouncing around for a while as systems often try to deliver an email several times with each email attempt, if it fails
