Undefined variable package..?!

I installed the email inactive users mod and i noticed that an error popped out as i reported in the support topic of that mod but i was told that the error is not related to it and it's something wrong with my previous settings..

I get



this error and i was told to post my Package.template and sources/Packages.php as attachments. Hope someone may help me because i really can't sort it out. THIS is the description of when and what happens.
