[Problem] SMF Install

Hi, i installed SMF 2.0.8, and in the smf 2.0.9 appears too this thing. What i can do to repair that? Im using a Debian 7 VPS and webhosting.

And in another forum there doesnt appear the text settings, like B, I, U, S, Center, Color etc..
