Re: subs-post.php will not update from 2.0.8 to 2.0.9

I noticed that subs-post.php was auto deleted as well. I was able to get them uploaded by using the web based file manager on Godaddy. When using FileZilla it auto deletes them. Could be a setting in my FileZilla maybe?
