Re: subs-post.php will not update from 2.0.8 to 2.0.9

So I tried to install from scratch. Made a new folder called 'forum' uploaded all the files for smf. set the file and folder permissions via filezilla. started the installer, when I get to admin account creation page (step 5) I get this error.....
