Trying to move Unread/Reply/Logout and HiThere positions on forum

I am at wits end and have virtually no hair left on my head after pulling most of it out!



I am on a Dziner Studios theme (Skyline) and I'm trying to move the Unread/Replies/Logout button line as well as the HiThere system up to the upper right corn...
