Portal + Carousel Banner search

Hi, Im looking to duplicate this websites http://ift.tt/1f9FR27 general appearance, or at least the banner function.

The themes are plenty but i cannot seem to find a portal that includes (or a separate mod) that will allow me the banner to slide show images as this website has.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I would consider another CMS but I am so familiar with SMF and it seems to do everything all the others do so I would prefer to stick with SMF.
