Xampp, Wamp or IIS?

I'm reinstalling my SMF forum but unfortunately I don't know what to use.

SMF on Xampp, Wamp or IIS? What's the "best" alternative?

I got a Windows Server 2012, what should I use? I need my forum to be stable, fast and optimized. Just like this forum.

I'm trying to create a public forum accessible by anyone. When my forum is back online I will probably get 100s of active users, that's why I need it to be stable and fast.
