Nope, none of those mods would do anything, that I can see, anyway.
That .htaccess looks pretty secure, to me. Unless I'm missing something, it looks more secure than most, actually. 
Although, as I understand it, GET and POST items are "allowed" access things. I wouldn't think they would be things that would help with hacking, though.
Unless I'm missing something...
There's a good tutorial thingy, for .htaccess files, if it'll help.
