For issue #2 you would need a page with a very small body. The only one I can think of is the admin login page for the admin CP. If you make an account I can promote you real quick and let you have a look.
For issue #3 just make your browser windowed and resize it to be less than, say 900px wide. The background of the footer gets all messed up.
