Go to Admin >>> Login (if it's needed) >>> Maintenance >>> Forum Maintenance... >>> Topics >>> Go to the recycle bin and check when was posted the FIRST thread there, and change from "Remove all topics not posted in for 30 days, which are:" (instead of 30) to the needed amount you need to write according to the time/date of the first topic which can be found there >>> Under this, change to "Any sort of topic." >>> Then you will see " Specific Boards (click to select all)", so just choose the Recycle Bin board >>> Click on the "Remove now" button and then your recycle bin board should be cleared.
