I just installed Shoutbox Pro CR v1.0.6
First, nothing is happening in the shoutbox at all. No messages are appearing, not even any user avatars. All I get is the default background color with no chat messages in it.
Second, the default background color and default text color settings for the message box in the admin panel work backwards. They are reversed. Making the background white makes the text white and making the text black makes the box back. At first I thought those settings changed the main shoutbox background, etc., but now I see those are for the text entry box only and the main default shoutbox background is correct. Nevertheless there is a problem with those 2 settings.
The main issue is that the shoutbox is just not working. If you type in text and hit send nothing appears in the shoutbox window. The wheel spins around for a bit, but nothing is showing up. The messages and everything are showing up in the smf_shoutbox table in the database, but they are just not being displayed in the shoutbox for some reason.

P.S. Ignore the fact I have the shoutbox disabled in the attached pic below. I did that because its not working and I took the pic after.
My SMF version is 2.0.8 which is no different than 2.0.7
