Well, that's the Bad Behaviour mod and something is definitely screwy. The error code it gives you suggests you had a window open for a very long time before logging in.

To answer the UTF-8 thing, when I made it semi-mandatory, one of the DB systems couldn't support it so the UI had to accommodate it (since SQLite no does UTF-8), since that's no longer supported, there's no real reason why it couldn't just be done.

Well, those links are the different registries that look after IP addresses. The ones in bold are what SMF thinks is the best match for the IP address given as a guide, but any of them may be able to help.

yes you should have a backup, but doing the edits that way it may not be aparent what file is being edited for you so you know which file to backup.

it is very important to have a backup, how many people do we see here that forget or do not make backup...

Uninstalling QRR doesn't necessarily mean this mod is the problem, it can just mean there's a conflict with another mod.

Yeah,you are right. I have just replaced bg and hover bg gifs with empty ones it does the trick.

Can I use .png instead of .gif for bbc icons. Since this pack i downloaded is all .png and when i try to convert them in photoshop i lose a lot of quality :S
