Do you mean Board's Title color or Background color?

For Background color, assuming you want blue color:

Open BoardIndex.template.php on the Themes folder

Search for:

<td class="info">Replace with: <td style="background: blue;">

Open MessageIndex.template.php

Search for: <tr id="board_', $board['id'], '" class="windowbg2">Replace with: <tr id="board_', $board['id'], '" style="background: blue;">

Remember backup all files first!
