There is something wrong in your paths:

/home/u426159441/public_html/ --> SMF's path

/home/u710405264/public_html/Themes/vivanto_20/languages/Settings.english.php --> The file in error

Notice how the user is different? You probably didn't set all paths correctly with repair_settings...
