What sorts of things wrong am I looking for here? I can't tell whether it's okay or not just by looking at it. nobody has changed this file in a long time.

BTW it is 2 sites that are down, and they went down at the same time. They are both on 1 server.

They are large sites and it's looking like I will need to reboot them or something but I do not know ANYTHING about how to do that. But it's an emergency.

I just put out an email to my programmer, but he's not going to be around to do anything until the late morning. That's several hours out from now.
