I wonder if I could have discovered a bug because I am likely a bit unusual in giving my members no capabilities to handle their own avatars?

In a member's profile there is a checked radio button "No avatar" and if they click on the "Change profile" button it removes their avatar which I uploaded for them. For example, if they modify their Signature their avatar goes away.

I suspect it's unusual for Admin to allow no avatar capabilities so perhaps this Admin setup was never tested.

The problem is that the radio button it set on, and you can't turn it off and wouldn't know to anyway. The solution is that if Admin gives a member no avatar capabilities, the radio button should be set to on.
