zencart said their issue was that I have 1.3.9h installed and php 5.4 so I need to update the store....not looking forward to all those edits...and if that is all the problem is---since the store functions totally. I don't really need to go further version cause it is geared to customer info for the CC info --- we use paypal only so we do not store that info at all. We just store the orders and that they were paid for.
Yes the mod_security was disabled via the .htaccess file. should I remove that and have them do so on their end. It is a vps, is there somewhere in its controls for me to do that or does it need to be done on the server housing ours?
