First things first, please update your forum. You are running an outdated version, with security issues fixed meanwhile.

As for what you want to do... To post and to reply, regular permissions solve the issue for you. But how can a guest post in a board that he won't be able to see in the first place?!

Regular permissions together with a mod which allows you guests to see topics list but can't see it's content might work for you.

But it requires proper testing, it's a setup I haven't really seen...
