It was changed even before me joining this site I can't remember when even if I have been told it... Also the one who changed it replied in this topic 
But anyways its meaning is actually the same, I think that saying "moment" doesn't put so much pressure on the guy who has that charge, while if you say "month" the guy would be under pressure until the end of the month to somehow "carry" it xD
And hei as a secondary question... Is it possible to become SHOTM twice in a row? No way I am asking for it it's just that I have never ever saw it on that log page IIRC.
