Is it safe to empty table smf_log_topics?

Hi,

Last time I use mass move topics in Maintenance -> Forum Maintenance... -> Topics.

But the problem, the size of table smf_log_topics is increased drastically.

I am in a limited 500 MB space disk hosting. 370 MB are used now (250 MB before mass move topics).

So, is it safe to empty table smf_log_topics? And what effect if I empty the table?
